Stuttgart: City Hotels and Accommodation
Hotels rates all over Stuttgart tend to be fairly expensive, particularly in the city centre, which is around 13 km / 8 miles north of Stuttgart Airport (STR). Whilst much of the accommodation in this area can be fairly expensive, it is conveniently located close to many attractions and well-connected to the rest of the city by the integrated public transport system, which includes trams and U-Bahn trains. However, if you look hard enough there is a range of bargain accommodation and lodging to be found in and around central Stuttgart.

Stuttgart's campsite is the Cannstatter Wasen, located along the banks of the River Neckar.
